CFMS Travel Funding
Each year, the CFMS sets aside funds to provide financial assistance for medical students at member schools who wish to attend our Annual General Meeting or our Spring General Meeting. All funding is subject to our CFMS Travel Policy. The Travel Funding Program is limited to the domains of transportation, accommodations, and registration fees if applicable.
This initiative supports non-elected members to attend CFMS meetings with the goals of fostering greater member awareness of CFMS structure and function, promoting increased interest in the CFMS and facilitating increased participation in CFMS activities.
Instructions on how to apply for travel awards are posted under the Events section of the site for each meeting. Applications usually open 2-3 months prior to each AGM and SGM.
